We had heavy rain here a few days ago and, as usual, part of our patio became a temporary swimming pool as the water doesn't drain quickly enough (note to self: must drill a couple of holes).

Yes thanks, since I retired I can do all the Christmas jobs at leisure.
Shopping, writing cards, wrapping prezzies.....all that sort of stuff but nothing too strenuous Ha Ha.
Just lifted some chicken breasts out the freezer for tea, so my day is now mapped out.
Thai chicken curry for tea.

I'm planning on going to the Reef early next year but not sure which month, we used to go March and November until the wife fancied a change.

Yes thanks, since I retired I can do all the Christmas jobs at leisure.
Shopping, writing cards, wrapping prezzies.....all that sort of stuff but nothing too strenuous Ha Ha.
Just lifted some chicken breasts out the freezer for tea, so my day is now mapped out.
Thai chicken curry for tea.

I'm planning on going to the Reef early next year but not sure which month, we used to go March and November until the wife fancied a change.

We tend to do mainly commercial stuff but every December they come out of the woodwork from all sides wanting their houses doing.

We flew from Edinburgh this morning - had priority boarding. They called us forward then took us downstairs through the gate. It was 6am and flippin' freezing! They had us standing in the freezing cold for 10-15 minutes before letting us on the plane.. Brrrrr! Worth it though - definitely appreciated the difference in temperature more when we landed!! :D

All their players have names like "Tarquin" and they shake hands every time one of our lads clatters one of theirs to the ground....lol.
If we lose we can take it out on the Bentley or the Aston Martin I'm parked in between.....
