Raffle in aid of the Dogs & Cats at K9

On a stifling hot afternoon, a small but loyal band of supporters attended and brought supplies of treats and food for the 4 legged guys at the kennels. Sale of books, cards, pens, fridge magnets, t-shirts & jewellery to raise much needed funds went well.

Sophie was kept busy behind the bar and Greg did a sterling job providing a sumptuous and free BBQ enjoyed by all.

Entertainment was from Ash & Vinnie ably supported by Emma, Adele and the golden voice of young Maisey. Kay, who arranged the event on behalf of K9, had gathered an array of raffle prizes, and a total of €77 was raised.

It was a pleasant and enjoyable afternoon and K9 are grateful for the hard work from all who attended, to make it a success.
