Is Jessi's reopening in Los Gigantes, Tenerife?

On our way back mid-August so I've been surfing for all things Tenerife and Los Gigantes in particular.
Great news that the beach is now open again but does anyone know if Jessi's is open or opening?

I heard the old Jessi was not going to open again in their old location, they have another place in Puerto Santiago above La Pagola - so close to Route 66.
