"Here in the Tenerife Film Commission each year we strive to attract the highest number of shoots and recordings, which will not only show the world our landscapes but also there is a direct and immediate return for the expenses that each recording group create during the days they are shooting, both with accommodation, maintenance and procurement of local equipment and personnel. "

According to data from TFC in the first half of 2011 there were 330 days of filming on the island and 144 contracts. Among those productions in Tenerife, in addition to the aforementioned second part of Clash of the Titans include the Serbian film Montevideo 1930, God bless you, Maktub, the directorial debut of Paco Arango, a video clip for Edita Abdieski, as well as sessions pictures from magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Men's Health or Monarch Airlines, and adverts for Dorada and Tropical beers.
