One bed apartment available in Los Cristianos for 3 + months over the winter period, available from end of November.

Unfortunately a couple (“swallows”) that have been renting our apartment for 4months over the winter period for the last 2 years have had to cancel there stay this coming winter due to a pending medical appointment
(hip replacement).

Our 1 bedroom (max 2 people) apartment in The Heights Los Cristianos is avaialble from 23rd December 2012 until 26th April 2013 for a minimum let of 3 months within these dates. Full contract will be provided. A depoist of 600 euros is required with 600 euros per month, included is up to 50 euros per month for water and electric.

Apt is in block A with sun on balcony from late morning.

Hi, apartment was only available for dates as stated in previous post. Apartment is no longer free.
