Another place I know about that has good grub is Popeye's in Playa de la Arena. This is a relatively new place and is opposite the Barcelo just as you enter Playa de La Arena.
If you are in the area, they do really nice pizzas for 5€ and it's got a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
