Since spending many months in Tenerife since retirement, I have learnt that passing the driving test in Tenerife is the most difficult in the world, as no-one has ever passed it!!!!!:laugh::laugh::laugh:

No it's all your driving life not just from 45 years old, when you're younger its only every 10 years then the periods reduce depending on your age.

Spanish regulations regarding driving fitness medical examinations which have to be taken at various intervals dependant on age. Since 2006 these fall in line with European Regulations. Spanish licences will be renewed, whilst holders of UK and inscripted licences will only be required to take the medical test.
