I have a modern flat in a nice, quiet, and well-maintained complex in Golf del Sur and it is available for rent between September and November.
It has two single beds, and the living room has a sofabed. The flat is located on the first floor (top floor) and is let through a local agency where keys can be collected and where the deposit is held. The rent is EUR 450/month including utility bills up to EUR 50/month. There is a flat screen tv with British channels amongst others.
There is a heated pool on the complex, and only a short walk to various shops and the San Blas shopping/restaurant area.
The flat is well furnished and the kitchen is fully fitted with all sorts of utensils. The entire flat has recently been re-decorated throughout, and the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
