I wouldnt think so - its right at the end and they have sealed it off from the 5th floor room at the end and the body is at the bottom of the fire escape towards entrance into pool area. There are still more police arriving as i type and they still havent let the guys into their room where it seems to be that the incident may have started
Added after 2 minutes:
they are now taking pictures (csi) of outside the mans room

Man Found Dead At Las Americas Hotel
Aug

2011
A 40-year-old man died in Tenerife this morning after, apparently, hitting his head at a hotel swimming pool.
Emergency services were alerted after the victim was found near the pool area at the hotel in Avenida de Venezuela in Las Americas.
Unfortunately, medics at the scene could only confirm the victim was dead.
No further information as to how the man died has so far been released with emergency services saying only that the victim appears to have died from a blow to the head.
An autopsy is expected to be performed in the coming hours.
