If you need to complain, you can call 22189 off your vodafone, and select english. Everytime you call 123 (customer services) then, it will be answered in english.

Hope this helps

There is one in PDLA. It is just before the Zentral Centre if you are walking down the street. The Vodaphone shop is situated there. The girl speaks English in there. :)

Do Movistar offer a similar service?

Not that I know of. You can change all the recorded messages/ texts into english by dialling 220 and selecting english but I dont think you can have 'live' help in English. I will look into it further ;)
