Can I buy shirataki noodles in Tenerife

I,m following the dukan diet and want to try the shirataki noodles they are made from yams and classed as a superfood,has anyone had these or bought these in Tenerife. Thanks.

hi, intresting the Dukan diet, when did your start it and how's it going . I have been looking all over the place for shirataki noodles but so far no luck. Best thing is order online i think, miraclenoodles.com.

Thanks Nicki,its going well so far,but we had visitors all last week so its start again today for me,but I do find that it suits me,there is a dukan diet thread on here with loads for advice and tips.
