Is the Salytien, Gran Tinerfe, Bouganville front going through a metamorphosis?

Walked along the front today for the first time in ages and was impressed by the change. What I had sort of classed as a run down area is now lovely and busy.
Congratulations to Adeje town hall for the work and the businesses there for modernising too.
