I am presuming the 2nd TV is connected via coax cable, if so, you may need to change the RF output channel on the Sky box. You will have to re-tune the 2nd TV.
do you have anything on top of the tv?
No, nothing. But we have got small speakers in front of it......

Doesn't really matter, possibly the higher the better, to make sure its not picking up any unwanted signals, try anything above channel 60.
here is how to do it:
1 Press Services on your Sky remote.
2 Press 0
3 Press 0
4 Press 1
5 Press Select
then scroll to rf out

Thanks a lot. I changed it to the highest it would allow - 69, but it's still the same.

If you are using the RF out on a SKy box to another TV, and also have SPanish TV connected, then trying to find a RF frequency that is not the same or similar to that used by Spanish TV is tricky. If the frequencies are close then you will get interference.
