This is a serious question - I am fed up of my irrational fear and panic whenever I see a cockroach. Last night I left an empty bottle of San Miguel on the patio. This morning, two cockroaches were in the bottom. They had no way of getting out, but I still had the horrors picking the bottle up. I pushed in some insecticide impregnated kitchen roll and they nearly got out. Screamed. Managed to plug the top with more kitchen roll and now they are going berserk. Still petrified. How stupid is this - there must be some way of getting rid of this irrational fear.
