Has Puchita in Las Chafiras closed?

Has Puchita Las Chafiras closed for good? Been past a couple of times & the shutters have been down ... I know they had started close afternoons & opening again late pm but drove past this morning & the shutters were down again ... I'm missing my cheap baguettes!

I think so S'np.... the one up here closed months ago, transferred to Los Cris, and they were having a closing down sale earlier this week. :cry: Disappointing.

Thanks obs, yes it is a shame, though I did notice that there was less & less stock in over the past couple of months, obviously it was on the cards ...

only ever went in to the los cris branch once, and that was one time too many!

There are big signs up on the one in Los Cristianos saying "liquidacion" so I'm guessing it's closing too. Nothing ever seems to make it in that building in Los Cristianos, there seems to be quite a quick turnover. I did hear that the Gobierno weren't happy with the Puchita stores though and were trying to get them closed, maybe that's just the Tenerife rumour mill though!
