Any software or web developers out here?

Let me introduce myself. I'm a web developer, doing server-side programming normally with ruby on rails. Have an experience in software development for the last 6 years.

I design websites... I am more graphics and design orientated, as I have an Art background from Uni, though I do write PHP, dabble with Ajax/Mootools and develop my own dynamic scripts. :)

I would be very interested to talk to any competent professional site builders /developers, I have 2 projects that need serious help. I am keen to speak specifically to those with experience of building and developing community or membership sites (not porn) and thosewith experience of creating searchable databases, integrating forums and video chat / conference facilities. Also those with experience of e commerce. Both projects should be profitable long term opportunities, for those with the right skills and attitude.
