Breaking news this lunchtime that TV Canaria have struck a deal with CD Tenerife to show home & away matches for the remainder of the season. The majority of the games shown will be away fixtures (which is better) with the first being next SAT 24th 11am vs Getafe B.
The amount paid is a secret (nothing special) but the main benefit is that be sponsors will now be attracted back to the Heliodoro Stadium and possibly for shirt sponsorship deals.

UD Vecindario have are also included in the deal and their match against CD Lugo will be shown the week after.

TV Canaria hope to show televised matches on a Sunday afternoon whenever possible they say.
It is hoped that a large percentage of all remaining away games will be televised by TV Canaria.

You have o stop sending messages to moderators in the middle of posts. You need to send them direct messages if you have problems as you were told last eek.

This looks like good news. The only club who has no TV contract is Oviedo but in an interview yesterday the director of TV Canaria hoped they too will have something before the game is played. The joy of this is that they do not need to send or pay for a film team elsewhere. They just agree to share the rights of the home and away games with the other autonomous region.
They also have rights to the play offs if we make them so anyone who can't get there will be able to see those games too.
