Did anyone see this program tonight ? It was about the breeding program at Loro Park of the Spix's Macaw . There has not been a siting of this bird since 2000 , so is most probably extinct , there are only 73 in captivity .....
It shows you little Yara being looked after by her "Mum/Dad" day and night , and then being introduced to her Spix's Macaw teacher ....! she is so cute !
