I want to hire a boat with a driver. Any recommendations?

hi i would like to hire a man with a boat, for a morning or afternoon to take me and hubby round some bays so he can do a bit of fishing, but we dont want to do a boozy one with loads of other people,, any ideas?

if so please can you email me details, am not made of money, but it hubbys birthday on 19th october and we on hols there then wanted to do some thin speacial :)
