just signed up for a phone line and an ADSL with Vodafone (yay some competition for Telefonica at last) but was wondering if i have to take a copy of the contract into my bank (caja canarias) for them to set up their end of the monthly direct debit? I can't remember what we did with the telefonica one we had originally...... i know in the UK, the debiting company sends the instructions to the bank and it gets loaded. is it the same here or am I supposed to sign a bank authority allowing vodafone to debit my account, separate from the contract? any thoughts?
