Advice needed about enrollment in school and nursery in August-September 2014

Hello, I'm glad I found The site is very interesting and helpful, now I would like to present to my situation, I have two girls (6 years and a half, five months) are from romania so eldest daughter does not know English or Spanish, I know I learn fast but not too time ... and we get to St. August in Adeje and are lost in space I would like to enroll at the school nursery because I work and I want to know what my chances enroll them in the circumstances.
I want to know if it is free or cost for those who are not Spanish citizens, if there is an after school and whether transportation provided.
I want to know if you find an apartment or house in the center there somewhere private cam 2 bedrooms and a living until 450 euro / month and if so in what area close to Adeje ...
