1 room in large 2 bed apartment for Couple or mature individual

my partner and i are finding and moving into a 2/3 bed apartment in south tenerife within 4 weeks and are looking for a couple or mature individual to rent the second room, the apartment will have 2 double rooms 2 bathrooms (if possible ) terrace and pool, we both work nights in las americas night clubs so will have to be ok with us coming and going on late hours.. rent will be a maximum of 400euros a month and let for 3-6 months+.
