Advice Needed! Purchasing a property in Las Americas/Las Vistas/ Golden Mile

Hello.. I was hoping to speak to someone who has a property in Las Americas on the Golden Mile/ Las Vistas? We are hoping to purchase an apartment either at Tenerife Royal Gardens, Compestella Beach or Parque Santiago 3 or 4..is there anyone out there who has a property in this area who I could speak to for some non-biased advice please??!
