The complex is Residencial Sol Paraiso and our apartment is a ground floor one with views over the pool to the ocean. It is raised a level above the pool on that side and the bedrooms both back onto the rear entrance hall. The views from the lounge are amazing. Because this has been our home it is furnished to a very high standard.

The rental is 600€ per calendar moth including electric and water up to a maximum of 40€ per month. All bills such as community fees and council taxes are also included.

The only reason we are renting the apartment is because we have taken on a property in the North of the island and are not making full use of the apartment any longer.

Playa Parasio is a lovely village with a small supermarket, pharmacy and a few nice bars and restaurants. There is also a regular bus service.
