1 month apartment rental from 12th March within 10 mins drive from Americas.

Hi Everyone, i am new today to Tenerife Forum. Myself and my partner are coming to live in Tenerife on the 12th March 2015. We are looking for an apartment within approx 10 minuet drive of Playa de las Americas/Los Christianos area for approx 1 month. Only stipulations really are that there is a balcony or some kind of outside area and the apartment is secure. We aren't bothered about sea view or being close to towns etc just needs to be clean and generally furnished. Hopefully someone can help us or point us in the right direction for good contacts.
