The apartment is on a secure tourist complex which is situated only 10 minutes from the airport and only a short distance from Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. It is also only a short walk from the Golf Course.

The apartment sleeps 4 people (2 single beds and a double sofa bed), has a large balcony with a Pool View, Large Living Area, Air Conditioning and SKY TV. The complex has a Large Childrens Play Area, an excellent Bar and Restaurant, a large outdoor Pool and daily events for children and adults.

The apartment is available from February 1st 2013 onwards and the price will be between 200 and 250 Euros per week depending on the time of year.
