Anyone know where you can fill in the Modelo 210 forms on-line, save to computer and then print off ready to pay at the bank. I helped a friend do it last year but now it seems that you need to register for a code. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Could anyone tell me the interest rate for the 2015 return and is it true that 2016 has to be paid in 2016 this year, in other words, two 210s to be paid this year as a catch up.
