1 bed apartment in Los Cristianos for 6 to 12 months or longer

Hi there, I am looking for an apartment I can live in & call home. I don't want to be moving every 6 months, I am looking for something a bit more permanent...

It must be in Los Cris, it must have 1 bedroom & it must be clean & well cared for, with all mod cons. It also must have a terrace/balcony/outside area.

I prefer the San Telmo end of Los Cris but am not driving so not too high up the hill either!!!

I am an excellent tenant & can provide references. I am currently renting & in no immediate rush, but I do need somewhere I can make my home so am happy to consider all options as long as they meet my criteria.
