Hostel or CouchSurfing Recommendations

I'm coming to Tenerife for 10 days in November 2017 and I'm hiring a car, starting in the south airport. This will be my 2nd trip to Tenerife and so looking to spend time in various parts of the island. Can anyone recommend either some good hostels on the island or perhaps knows of any hotels on the island willing to swap a night's stay for some professional photography (I'm a Photographer in London). I managed to do this on a recent trip to Goa, exchange a room for a few nights in exchange for taking photos at 3 different hotels. This was a great way to see a place and get to meet some locals.

I also do CouchSurfing and pleased to say I have over 250+ positive references from the people I've met or stayed with over the last 10+ years.
