Long term rental in south Tenerife

Hi, we're flying over to look for property at the beginning of October. We're relocating to Tenerife as we love the island and come here every year for quite some time. We have two cats so must be pet friendly, we have a good budget, looking for a minimum of 2 bed, 2 bathroom. Preferably around the Puerto de Santiago / Los Gigantes side of the island or Adeje, Callaeo but are open to any other possibilities. We're a professional couple in our 40's seeking a fairly quiet area, preferably a furnished property, but that wouldn't be a deal breaker. Any help, contacts or advice is very much appreciated!
