Apartment for rent City centre

Hello people.

My name is Jack.
I have 1 room for lent in Santa Cruz from 8/13 till September.
here are some info regarding the details.

- price pr. month inc. electricty + / - 300 ( electricy is payed every 4 months then there no need for you to pay.)
- internet is 300 mb / WIFI 50 euro we pay half / half
- the aparment has a big living room 2 toilets, 2 small rooms and a bigger bedroom ( you can choose where u want to sleep living room or the small room )
- location is in Mendez Nunez 90, close to Hiper dino, and a small kiosk 10 min walk too the city shops ect.
- I dun mind smokers, as long as we can be agreed on the rules for it.
