Shared ownership of apartment, me winter, you summer

I am seeking to be a co-owner of a flat that gives me access in winter, November - May. The other co-owner would access May - November. Has anyone experience of this type of arrangement. I met someone 25 years ago who made this work on mainland Spain. Is it permitted under Spanish law? Is anyone interested in taking the summer part of the arrangement? Looking at a smallish flat,in South Tenerife, being my preferred target area.
Seeking advice on the practicality of the concept and potential summer partners in the venture.
