Looking for a flat to share / I will rent a room

Hello, my name is Rafa. I decided to move to Tenerife with my friend and we are looking for someone who has a flat, apartment or a house and would like to rent a room. It doesn't really matter where it's gonna be. Well, the best area for us is south ofcourse, spanish speaking guy - we want to learn that language, but if not - an english speaking guy is a great opportunity as well. P.S. My friend trains boxing, I was sailing for past 3 years non-stop, but now I want to take care of myself and train with him - that means we don't drink, we don't party hard, we don't smoke, we won't make any problems :) But no worries if you like to party we will support you from time to time ;)
