Where is the source for the Wi-Fi signal "beach" near Marina San Miguel?

There is a Wi-Fi signal with an SSID of "beach" near Marina San Miguel. I went for a walk last night with my iPad, but I couldn't find the source.

The signal was quite strong on the roads between the sign saying Scorpio Bar and the Fairways Club, so I was looking for a bar with the word "beach" in its name perhaps.

Any idea where it comes from?

I've been out again to look in daylight. I think it must be in someone's house, near the 13th tee somewhere. Oh well.
