I live in el galeon and noticed a dog with some one on a leash and one along side with no leash , later I was walking my puppy and seen the dog of leash again , I have never seen this dog in the area and think it is lost I did go out later and couldnt find it , the dog was a orange and white collie cross , small to medium with a collar and tag , has any one lost a dog like this
