Looking for a room in Las Americas or Los Cristianos

Hi there,
I'm a 34 year old male, who is looking for a room in Las Americas or Los Cristianos throughout the summer (and possibly longer).
I first came to Tenerife in 1999, where I worked as a rep, and fell in love with the Island. I moved on to work around other beautiful
places in the world, but would like to return back to Tenerife, to spend a relaxing summer season, and really get to explore what
Tenerife really has to offer.
Like I say, I'm 34, mature and an outgoing person.
I'm looking for a nice room, in a nice area. I'm a very clean and tidy person (everything has a place), and ideally would like the other
person to be the same. Ideally, I would like WIFI, and maybe a balcony, to take in those fantastiv views!!!!
I'm ideally looking for around 300€ per month including bills, but this can be negotiable for the right room! I can provide reference, and
pay a deposit / rent up front!
Im looking to arrive from the 28th May (just getting in there early)
