What's the average rental price for an apartment in Playa de las Americas?

Im just looking for an idea of rent for an apartment to sleep 3 in Playa de las Americas? Heres my situation so if I can give you an idea of what Im looking for, Im moving to Tenerife on April 9th on my own to work for, well im not sure, the foreseeable future, I have accommodation sorted for my first month but then Ill need to be moving into a rented accommodation from then on (preferably an apartment, but I dont know what its like out there so if a small house is better in your opinion then please say). I can only imagine Ill continue living with the 2 other girls Im meeting out there and sharing with for that month.

Anyway ANY information that anyone can give me would be soooo very much appreciated :) Thanks in advance x
