How can I contact Endesa by phone from the UK?

Hi,
I am tryimg to contact Endasa by phone from UK. The number I have for online help is 800 760 277 and I dial 0034 first. Every time I try this number day or night it is engaged and I desperately need to get my online account sorted. Can anybody advise?
