setting up a tour company in tenerife, foreign-owned

hello everyone.
i am moving to tenerife early next year and would like to open a small company dedicated to jeep/van touring.
i have been a resident on the peninsula for 2 years and plan to live in the canaries on a permanent basis.
could i run the tour agency from my house through a computer or would i have to have another address to run it?
i would be thankful to whoever could let me know the basics so that i could start looking around.
