I want to invest in a multi-unit residential building in Teneriffe, and recently I got married. The money invested would be mine alone, and as this is not my first marriage, I am worried about the prospect of a divorce. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with asset protection when purchasing real estate in Teneriffe, for example by purchasing through an offshore company?
