We have a back gate on our complex , the responsibility of a group of Bungalows ,which allows access /egress via a private road , and paved path to main road and has been in use for 30 years .
Recently they have gated off both access routes denying the use of our back gate .
My questions are
a) Can they do this and deny access ?
b)Is their any Spanish law similiar to Right of Way in Scotland , or UK that would prevent this ?
