New friends in the North?

Hi everyone, after over 200 of you having read my last post ( knowledgeable DIY person sought ) and still not receiving any feedback in regard a lead, I thought that I might ask another question, hopefully this might be more succesful.

As I've already mentioned in a previous post, I will be moving onto the island around the Sept/Oct mark ( depending on when the removal company can get me and the dogs on the same flight )
Taking into account that I will be living in the Santa Ursula area ( Tamaide ) Does anyone know where I would need to enquire to get internet/a phone installed and how long does this service usually take? If I have to drive into Puerto de la Cruz then so be it but if anyone knows this area and also knows somewhere reasonably close then I would be really gratefull for your guidance at least until I get settled in and find my way around. Thankyou in advance.
