How do you get an English operator on the Movistar help line?

In the old days one needed to shout "English" to get Telefonica (as it then was) to get an operator to help you in English. Later there was a menu option if you wanted to be dealt with in English. Now under the Movistar banner all one gets in a very fast message (in spanish) with a number too quick to decipher it! Does anyone know how to get hold of an English speaking member of staff? Many thanks.

I just let the phone ring, got a Spanish operator, said "Habla Inglés". "No,momento" was the response. She put an English operator on who sorted out the problem and also changed the 1004 service so it automatically rings the English operator.

when I dial 1004 I get the English operator straight away

Yup, just keep saying ENGLISH. Worked a treat for me just last week. Good service too!
