I am a retired teacher and musician aged 67 looking to rent long term. A three month rental would be fine as this would give me time to look for somewhere whilst living there already.
Let me know what you think and how much I would be expected to pay you. I am retired and on a pension of £670 quiv euros for life. The pension is paid into a UK bank. I have a Caja Canarias account which needs resurrecting. I last lived in Tenerife in 1998, leaving because of job offer in another location.
Hope to hear from you regarding availability of rental and dates when I could start a tenancy with you and of course the rental cost.
