Property required for long term rental - instant decision

Greetings

We arrived in Tenerife two days ago and are staying here until at least the end of March 2017. We are a non-smoking professional couple in our late fifties with no pets. We're staying in temporary accommodation in Los Christianos while we search for a suitable long-term rental property. If we find the right property we can make an instant decision and move in tomorrow (or at any later date if required). Properties in the range 800 to 1,500 Euros/month are of most interest but we might pay more for an outstanding property.

We are primarily interested in a 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartment or house within reasonable walking distance of the sea anywhere on the coastal area between Los Christianos and La Caleta. We have spent the Winter in Tenerife before (staying in San Eugenio Alto) so know the area well.

** Update 15th October 2016 ** We've now found a wonderful apartment so no are no longer looking.
