Is there any gourmet mushroom farming in Tenerife?

Anyone in tenerife know if they grow mushrooms on the island,im doing some research into mabye opening a small scale oyster mushroom farm over there.I lived there a few years ago but cant remember seeing mushrooms that often.i would look at growing up in the hill where its a bit cooler.
