English childcare and toddler groups

Hello all,
I am moving with my husband, my toddler and my baby to Tenerife for 3 months this winter as a holiday. We live in the UK and our 3 years old is going to nursery here. Since we are not English (Italian and Spanish) we are worried that without speaking English with anyone for few months she will struggle to be back to nursery after that period. Also, she is used to play with kids all day here and we don’t want that she is only with us all the time during this period.
Please could you tell me where i can find some toddler childcare or toddler groups in Tenerife? I am thinking it could be a children playgroup for English kids or an English childminder or nursery.
We are flexible on where in Tenerife to stay.
