Wanted 1-2 Bed flat in the south of Tenerife

My Neighbour runs Olican Estate Agency (Olican Inmobiliaria) a friend of hers is looking for property in the south of Tenerife, he buys / renovates and then deals with long term lets for residents. He is looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat in either Las Americas, Arona, or Los Cristianos (or similar areas). Good condition preferred but is happy to update properties or just decorate. He is currently looking for a flat with a balcony, sea views, parking and preferably a swimming pool.
He may also consider Puerto de la Cruz.
