What are the charges for depositing a pounds sterling cheque into a bank in Tenerife?

Hi, could anyone tell me what the bank charge is for depositing a pounds sterling cheque into a Spanish Bank account, thanks.xx

I wouldn't know the amount, but going on past experience of Cheque's or Bankers Drafts in Tenerife, I would say 10 times as much as you would think.

caja canaries charged us 12 euros

I put £ sterling in cash into SOL Bank and it cost be around 14/18 euros
