Apparently the Spanish Government are looking at rolling out a similar law to the Canarian one across the whole of Spain. Some regions of Spain already have similar laws as well- Baleares being one....

There is no new law yet, the old law still applies, which means that you can only let out legally through the Sole Agent for the complex.
